  • How long is the pageant process?
    All contestants are required to participate in Pageant Prep workshops to assist them in areas of competition. The Pageant will consist of Three 3-hour Pageant Prep workshops for all contestants held on a scheduled Saturday. Orientation will also be held to answer questions and complete paperwork on first day of workshop for 30 minutes. Workshops will include pageant walk/modeling, poise and grace, personal development, wardrobe selection guidance for competition, stage presence, interview skills, introduction and public speaking. Preparation for receiving your "CROWN"!

    Now!!! Open Registration is going on now for our upcoming Pageant. You can register on line or call our office at 704-870-7002.   • Why should I participate?
    "It is more than just a Crown" and "We are more than just a Pageant"! We showcase all-natural beauty and self-confidence for our girls. Whether this is your first pageant or not, this is a Carolina Girls Rock Pageant! Our pageants are designed to be fun, memorable, and to promote confidence. We live in a world where females are constantly judged by their physical appearance. We celebrate each other for having enough courage and confidence to embrace ourselves, get on stage, rock with confidence, and be proud of who we are!!! ...WITH CONFIDENCE...WE ROCK!!!!


  • What are the winnings and/or opportunities?
    Beautiful Crown - Embroidered Rhinestone Sash - Trophy/Awards - Lovely Bouquet of Flowers - Jewelry Gift - Crown Box - Headshots Photo Shoot -Featured in CGR/CWR Social Media Ads


  • What are the categories of competition?
    Interview, Personal Introduction, Fun Fashion Runway, Formal Gown, On-Stage Question plus People's Choice Award and Miss Congeniality -Optionals (additional fee) include Photogenic, Talent, Bling Runway


  • What happens after I register?
    You will receive a response via email/phone and notification by email reference your updated information; Pageant Contestant Handbook which includes all the pertinent information needed for competition and preparation for the pageant will be emailed per date given or printed copy upon request.   • What are the Age Divisions?
    Girls ages 5 thru 18 are divided into divisions depending on their age as of January 1st 2024. (Divisions subject to change depending on number of contestants)


  • When and where is the next Pageant?

  • What is the entry and registration deposit fees?
    Entry Fee is $295. Registration Deposit is $100 which is towards total Entry Fee - Balance will be $195. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. When you register on-line you will receive email pertaining to being a contestant. Inquire about "Bring a Friend" discount. Inquire if you have questions.


  • Do you have vendors as part of your event?
    Yes, we are always looking for vendors to participate. We love to support our small businesses and entrepreneur community. If you are interested, please contact us for more information. Vendor tables are $100 which includes 6 ft. table/ with 2 chairs.


  • What if I live in another City or State outside Charlotte.
    You are invited to be a Contestant....does not matter where you live....YOU Rock!


  • When are the Pageant Prep Training sessions?
    All Trainings are held at XLNC Dance Studio (formerly Fuzion Force Dance Academy) 3610 W. WT Harris Blvd. Charlotte NC (30 minute Parent Orientation on first day of training) - All dates, times and other pertinent information is in handbook.


  • How does Carolina Girls Rock make a difference?
    Our commitment of "Giving Back while we Rock the Community" is shown as we encourage our contestants to donate non-perishable food items and hygiene products for women and girls so that we can donate them to an organization in need. Our Queens are encouraged to prepare a project during their one year of reign in which she prepares a community service project showing her commitment to volunteering and making a difference while helping others.
